Boot Camp Plus is your one-stop-shop for health and fitness services in Adelaide. Our premier outdoor fitness boot camp products are results oriented, and are designed to challenge our customers physically and mentally. Our highly skilled accredited instructors encourage all participants to achieve their very best!

We are excited to offer the services of a Physiotherapist, Sports Dietician/Nutritionist, and Healing Massage Therapists. All services are available from the Boot Camp Plus office in North Adelaide, and appointments can be scheduled throughout the week.

Angie Mondello

Founding Director + Instructor

Angie Mondello has been associated with the North Adelaide Fitness Centre, the Norwood Swimming Club, and the fitness industry for over 13 years. She has more than 25 years of teaching experience in Adelaide’s Northern and Eastern schools. She spent 10 years as the Dry Land fitness instructor/coordinator and Team Manager of Australia’s Centre of Excellence Swim Club – the Norwood Swimming Club. She has been contracted to the Blackfriars Elective Program since 2011. Angie is currently associated with Marion Swimming Club. She is the coordinator of all of the Boot Camp Plus Outdoor Programs.

Angie has worked closely with dual Olympian/Commonwealth Games Medallist, Hayden Stoeckel, and prepared him for the 2012 London Olympics. She continues to help multiple World Record holder and Paralympian Matthew Cowdrey with his preparation for elite competition on the world circuit. Angie has added the role of South Australian Sports Institute (SASI) Swimming Team Manager to her list of credentials. She worked with the Garville Netball Premier League Team in their preparation for their 2012 season. Angie is currently the Team Manager for the Marion Swimming Club at national level, which boasts the internationally renowned swimming talents of Sally Hunter.

Angie has recently become one of only four South Australian trainers accredited with the Altitude Technology Solution studio located within Adelaide’s CBD.

Angie is also proud to announce the involvement of Boot Camp Plus with the CSIRO Diabetes Research Study, working with senior Research Scientists to collect data from study participants.

Over the years Angie’s passion for fitness instruction and her positive personality have motivated hundreds of members, athletes and children to achieve high level results in strength, fitness, health and weight loss within short periods of time.

Angie is very dedicated in her role as Director/Instructor and Coordinator of all Outdoor Programs.

David Fiebig has been involved in the Fitness Industry for the past 10 years. After completing his Certificate III & Certificate IV in Fitness, David began his involvement as a Gym Instructor/RPM Instructor & Personal Trainer. Over the journey he has continued his self improvement, gaining greater experience, knowledge and education. David has completed certification’s such as Thump Boxing Instructor, Strength for Life Instructor, I.C.E. Indoor Cycle Instructor, just to name a few.

Leading by example is one thing that David believes strongly in. He approaches his own fitness regime with a desire to always improve and he feels this has been paramount to his longevity and success in the industry. He has trained national level Track Athletes, worked as a Fitness Coach with both West Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL & Garville Netball Club in the Subway Cup competition. He also currently works at TafeSA-Regency Campus, lecturing in the Fitness Department, in particular Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness-David quite literally “Trains the Trainers.”

David has always enjoyed being physically active and his interests include Football, Tennis & Athletics thus making the decision to become a Fitness Professional an easy choice. His positive nature and willingness to always encourage, motivate and educate will ensure that you get the most out of your every session. “If the mind believes, the body will achieve.”

Josh Gniadek

Josh has worked with a range of clients with chronic conditions through TAFE. Josh is a Boot Camp Plus instructor and has worked with friends and family to help them reach health and fitness goals. In 2011 he completed his work experience at Fitness First Hindmarsh.

Josh is very interested in sports! He likes to follow the AFL, English Premier League and also the NBA. He personally plays soccer for the Port Adelaide Pirates in the FFSA’s Premier League. Josh has a passion for keeping fit and healthy, and he tries to get to the gym at least 4 times a week to ensure he keeps in shape. Josh is always looking out for new courses to better his performance with personal training and further his abilities.

Ally Lennerth

Ally has worked within the Fitness Industry for 5 years. She was employed by the North Adelaide Fitness Centre for 3 years as Personal trainer, Gym Instructor and Wellness Trainer.
For the past 2 years she has been self employed providing personal training to clients outdoors in small groups and one on one.

Personally she has played at a State and National level in Indoor netball U18, U21 and Open State and has also represented Australia in the U18 Ladies team.
Additionally has undertaken and continues to coach the U16′s State Indoor Netball team demonstrating leadership and communication skills.

Ally has enjoyed conducting pre-season training for a number of sporting clubs and teams in preparation for their seasons.

Ally suffered from a serious knee injury herself involving a full knee reconstruction and 2 arthroscopes whilst playing netball.
she has undertaken significant rehabilitation training and benefited by her knowledge and taken a lot of determination to get her back to playing and training at a high level again.

She is also a very keen cyclist, having been a member of the SASI Cycling squad from 2002-2006 travelling across the nation to actively participate in racing events.

Ally is passionate in the pursuit of her own fitness and helping motivate others in achieving there health and fitness goals.

With years of training experience under National award winning swim coach Peter Bishop, Boot Camp Plus director Angie Mondello and the SASI Strength and Conditioning program, Amelia appreciates what makes effective, challenging yet enjoyable training.

Stephanie Gaskell

Nutritionist + Sports Dietitian

Steph Gaskell is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist who graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University 2005.

Stephanie has a special interest in sports nutrition and gastrointestinal nutritional conditions such as coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease. Steph’s interest in gastrointestinal conditions stems from personal experiences.

Stephanie is an Accredited Sports Dietitian and is currently in second year of Diploma in Sports Nutrition, International Olympic Committee. She is a competitive ultra trail marathon runner putting her sports nutrition knowledge to the test daily. Steph has presented to the Australian Institute of Sport, Canberra relating to Irritable Bowel Syndrome/Gastrointestinal Symptoms in Athletes and has received nutrition support from the AIS in her ultra trail running. She has presented at national and state conferences in dietetics and sports nutrition and has developed a sports supplement resource for individuals with gastrointestinal problems: FODMAP™ & Gluten Status Sports Supplement Guide and she contributes to articles in Runner’s World.

Steph believes in living life to the fullest, she demands the best from herself, and makes sure she has fun doing it, any obstacle is an added learning experience. Steph has been lucky enough to experience training with the Kenyans where she trained in Kenya, Iten at a high altitude training camp in 2009. Some of Steph’s running achievements are: marathon PB Melbourne 2hrs 56mins, first female (4th overall) and female record holder for You Yangs 50km trail run (VIC) 4hrs 28mins (2010), 7th female and Silver Buckle in North Face 100 – 100km trail run in Blue Mountains, NSW 2011 and in 2012 14th female, Silver Buckle. Steph recently came back from competing with her race partner in a 6-day ultra trail race, approx. 192km, over 20,000ft elevation gain in Boulder, Colorado. They came 5th overall and 2nd in stage 6.

Hello Boot Camp Plus! My name is Sophie Ricketts and I am a physiotherapist with a strong interest in health, fitness and sports.

Until a recent shoulder reconstruction I was representing Australia for Water Polo, training up to 12 times a week and travelling constantly, therefore I well and truly share the commitment, willpower and hard working mentality that I know you are all striving to achieve. I embrace an active recovery from injury, aiming to get you back to your best as soon as possible. I can help you with any injury; acute or ongoing, and am happy to help with any questions you may have about posture, persistent niggling injuries or taping.

I am initially consulting on Monday and Thursday mornings but am happy to be contacted on 0401 534 349 for any inquiries. Thank you for having me on board and I am excited to be involved!

Deanna Salvemini

Massage Therapist

Deanna has been swimming at national level since the age of 10, ranking first in Adelaide and second in Australia for age titles. She has met and raced many olympians and grown great friendships along her swimming career.

Deanna has been working in fitness and human movement for many years with her personal training and rehabilitation qualifications, and now moving into natural therapies, massage and body work. She recently studied natural therapies overseas in Hawaii to gain more in depth knowledge, techniques and skills from world known healers. Studying overseas was an indescribable experience, embracing the atmosphere and surroundings and the people she met along the way.

Deanna has learnt many amazing techniques that she loves to share with her clients, giving them that understanding about their bodies and needs.
